What we collect
- Usage data. Pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location (city level), browser and device type.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Small files stored by your browser, used for analytics and advertising measurement (see below).
- Information you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
We do not ask for, and do not want, your health information. Do not send us medical details.
Third parties that may set cookies

These companies process data under their own policies. We do not control what they do with it.
Why we collect it
To understand which pages are useful, to measure whether our advertising works, and to be paid the commissions that fund the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- Cookies. Your browser can block or delete them. The site will still work.
- Ad tracking. Opt out via optout.aboutads.info or your device's ad settings.
- Access, correction, deletion. Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This applies whether you're covered by the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, or Brazil's LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Lei 13.709/2018). Email contact@truesaller.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some ad-measurement cookies may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, email us or use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
TrueSaller is operated from Brazil. If you visit from outside Brazil, your data is processed in Brazil and by the third-party services listed above, which operate internationally. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards those providers have in place.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
