About

Why this site exists

Sales pages are written to make you feel something. Rarely to make you understand something. The promise is at the top in 60-point type; the thing that undoes the promise is at the bottom in 6-point type, after an asterisk. Those two things often don't agree.

That's true whether you're buying a supplement, an online course, a software subscription or a gadget. Different products, same trick: the price is not the price, the guarantee has a carve-out, and the headline number describes something other than what you'll actually get.

TrueSaller exists to close that gap. We read the terms, work out the real cost, check what's literally included, and find out how hard it is to get your money back. Then we write it down — including the parts that don't flatter the product.

Who writes this

Hallysson Desouza

Founder & Editor

I'm not a doctor and I'm not a scientist. I'm someone who reads the label before buying — and who got tired of how hard sellers make that. TrueSaller is where I write down what I find. I earn a commission when you buy through my links, and I'd rather tell you a product isn't worth it than lose you as a reader.

What we are not

How we make money

Affiliate commissions. If you buy a product through a link here, the retailer may pay us a percentage. You pay the same price either way. Every link that earns us money is labelled. Full disclosure here.
